1. Platform Role & Legal Status

SOHHTAK operates strictly as a technology platform facilitating connections between patients and independent, licensed healthcare professionals.

2. Eligibility and Professional Verification

Verification does not guarantee that a healthcare professional will accept a specific request or be available at a given time.

Verification documents may include identification, professional license, diplomas, and curriculum vitae (CV).

3. Payment & Reservation

Payment is settled in cash directly with the healthcare professional upon their arrival. No upfront digital payment is required.

SOHHTAK does not process, collect, or hold any digital payments. All payment occurs directly between the patient and the healthcare professional in cash. SOHHTAK is not responsible for payment disputes between users.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.

SOHHTAK is a digital platform that connects patients with independent licensed healthcare professionals.

SOHHTAK does not provide medical care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All healthcare services are performed independently by licensed professionals who are solely responsible for their clinical decisions and the care they provide.

SOHHTAK does not supervise or control the medical judgment of healthcare professionals.

SOHHTAK is not an emergency medical service. In case of emergency, users must contact the Lebanese Red Cross or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

SOHHTAK does not guarantee the availability, acceptance, or clinical outcome of any healthcare service requested through the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Lebanese courts.
