If you cannot access your account, you can use the form below to request deletion assistance. Personal data will be deleted or anonymized immediately once the request is verified and executed. For most users, limited records may be retained in anonymized form for operational continuity, including booking history, transaction records, and system logs or audit records. Financial and accounting records may also be retained where required by law. For verified healthcare providers, certain provider account or compliance records may also be retained where required, while uploaded verification documents are permanently deleted.

What Happens Next
- If your identity can be verified automatically, your account will be deleted immediately.

- Deleted accounts are permanent. The same email address cannot be used to create a new account after deletion. Please use a different email address if you need Sohhtak again in the future.
