How It Works
- Send an email to privacy@sohhtak.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
- Include your details: your registered email address and full name so we can locate your account.
- We process your request and permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
What Data Is Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
- Profile information — name, email, phone number, profile photo
- Booking history — all past service requests and appointments
- Contact details — saved addresses and communication preferences
Information You Must Include
To verify your identity and process the deletion, please include the following in your email:
- Registered email address — the email you used to create your SOHHTAK account
- Full name — as it appears on your account
Legal Retention
In some cases, we may be required to retain certain records for legal, financial, or regulatory purposes as mandated by Lebanese law. Such data will be securely stored and automatically deleted once the retention obligation expires. This does not affect the deletion of your active account and personal profile.
