Everything you need to know about using SOHHTAK

Open the SOHHTAK app, choose a service, select a date and time, and send a booking request. A verified provider with an active Sohhtak account can accept your booking.
Patients pay providers directly in cash on arrival. Sohhtak does not collect, process, or hold patient payments in the current model.
You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
Once the provider accepts, your booking is confirmed. You can then coordinate directly by phone or WhatsApp and pay in cash when the visit takes place.
Sohhtak currently works with licensed nurses and physiotherapists. Providers appear to patients only after document verification and while their Sohhtak account is active.

Sohhtak collects limited account and booking data and protects it with appropriate technical and organizational measures. The platform does not store medical records, prescriptions, or patient payment details. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
