Simply visit the SOHHTAK app, select the service you need, choose a convenient date and time, and submit your request. A verified professional will be notified and accept your booking.
Payment is made directly to the healthcare professional upon arrival. SOHHTAK does not process digital payments and is not responsible for payment disputes between users.
You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
Once the healthcare professional accepts your request, your booking is confirmed. You will coordinate directly and settle payment upon arrival.
All professionals on SOHHTAK are verified, licensed, and experienced. They undergo identity verification, credential checks, and are committed to delivering quality home healthcare.
