1. Current Payment Model
In the current SOHHTAK model, patients pay the healthcare professional directly in cash on arrival. SOHHTAK does not collect upfront digital payments or hold patient funds.
Because SOHHTAK does not hold patient payments in this flow, there are no app-based digital refunds administered by SOHHTAK for these bookings.
2. Patient Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment at no cost.
- Late Cancellation or No-Show: Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in account suspension.
- Healthcare Professional Cancels: If the healthcare professional cancels, you will be notified immediately and can rebook with another professional.
3. Professional Cancellation
If a healthcare professional cancels your booking:
- You will be notified immediately via the app.
- You can submit a new request for another available professional.
- Our support team will assist you in rebooking if needed.
4. No-Show & On-Site Issues
If you are not available at the scheduled time and location, the professional may mark the visit as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may result in account review. Please ensure you are present at the specified address during the scheduled window.
If the environment is unsafe or the requested service cannot legally or clinically proceed, the healthcare professional may refuse or stop the visit and SOHHTAK may review the account for safety and compliance purposes.
5. How to Cancel
To cancel a booking:
- Open the SOHHTAK app and navigate to your bookings.
- Select the booking you wish to cancel.
- Tap "Cancel Booking" and confirm.
